1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STACKS, BuyBack.Tools, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

STACKS provides a platform for phone stores, pawn shops, and device resellers, including inventory management, diagnostics, pricing intelligence, multi-channel marketplace tools, shipping, and automated price sheets. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Account and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Resell Service data without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Market data provided through the Service is for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by STACKS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data uploaded to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STACKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
